DR. JART+ Ceramidin Liquid is a moisturising toner infused with 5 types of ceramide that help strengthen the core skin barrier and prevent moisture loss. It also contains panthenol, Centella Asiatica and Phyto extracts to relieve damaged, flaky and rough skin while keeping it soothed.
