It has a lightweight, watery texture that absorbs well into the skin to restore hydration levels with a smooth, supple finish to restore a visibly youthful complexion, but locking in the moisture and shrinking pores to block out dirt and excessive oil. This facial toner works by brightening skin tone, evening out skin texture and improving the appearance of dark spots.
